Download the app and click the Register button, enter your details on the registration page and click the "Register" button. You will receive an account activation email, click on the unique link to activate your account. The whole process of registration is completed now.

After signing up for your account, you should receive an activation email. This email is sent for security purposes to verify your email address.

Didn’t receive the email? 
If you did not receive your account activation email, check the following:

• The email is in a spam/junk folder: Check your spam or junk folder to see if the activation email arrived there instead of the inbox.
• Incorrect email address while registering. Did you accidentally enter the incorrect email address? Confirm that you used the right address to sign up. If not, repeat the steps to register an account.
• Blocked by email provider: Your email provider might have blocked the automated email message, please add hello@nhsheroesdeals.co.uk to your email 'safe list' to assure delivery. 

Click the Forgot your password? link from Sign In page and submit your email address. When you click the "Reset Password" button you will receive an email, click the unique link in the email and reset your new password.

You can update your Profile by simply going to Account -> My Account -> My Profile tab in your account's dashboard.

If you are looking for a specific retailer, just type their name in the search bar to see if we work with them. Alternatively, you can also browse through different categories in the menu, and click on whichever category/product you are interested in.

All employees in the health care sector are eligible for our deals and discounts.

There are plenty of roles and professions with health services and it is hard to list all of them on the registration. Please pick the closet match or select other if you not sure.

Navigate the app and once you have found your favourite deal and discount, please click “Get this offer now”. Once you have clicked this button and you will be redirected to the retailer’s website to make your purchase. Please remember you will be able to avail any deal, discount and voucher once you have logged into successfully the app.
